Your message was correct except for one thing.  There is no such time zone
as dst.  There's Eastern Standard Time, abbreviated EST;  Central Standard
Time, abbreviated CST;  Mountain Standard Time, abbreviated MST; and Pacific
Standard Time, abbreviated PST.  In Daylight Savings Times, the time zones
are: Eastern Daylight Time, EDT;  Central Daylight Time, CDT;  Mountain
Daylight MTD and Pacific Daylight Time, PDT.  As far as I know, there is no
such abbreviation as DST.  If I'm wrong, please enlighten me.
