Good morning Walter,

Here's what I got at almost 9 AM locally so just add 3 more hours for your
noontime request.  I just did the work and with the 5 hours from EST to GMT
and then 5.5 hours to VU that makes it 10.5 hours ahead of EST.  I hope I
got that correct, if not somebody will let us know.
