I contacted tentech about this rig just before the Dayton hamfest. I was
told that there was no speech, no cw output, and no direct frequency entry.
 There were no plans to add them at that time.

I informed Tentech that I was very disappointed in this state of affairs;
especially since their 6/2 meter rig introduced last year suffers from the
same access problems. When I checked on it, several months before its
release, I received basically the same answers stated above.

Sorry to be so depressing, but that seems to be the state of affairs at
tentech. They don't even offer their manuals in electronic format.

However, there may be some hope. See my other letter to the list
concerning a project with Elecraft on improving the accessibility of their
k2 qrp rig.

I'll keep the list posted on the progress of that project.

Thanks all for the bandwidth tonight.
