As a result of last week's discussion of an accessible version of the Sony
2010 manual, I've produced the following "cheat sheet" template or list or
whatever you want to call it of the 2010's keys. Why I didn't do this years
ago is beyond me, but it sure makes life easier trying to both use the 2010
and interpret the manual text that some of us were sent. For what it's
worth, the list of keys appears under my signature, below. If anybody has
questions or suggested improvements, I'm more than anxious to hear them.

In the following list, a line space between one key and another indicates a
wider than normal gap between the two keys. For example, there's a wider
than normal gap between the Sleep key and the first key in the Programmable
Timer group.

The key immediately below the three-position power (tiner/on/off)
switchto the upper left is the dial light.

The keys in the upper row are (from left to right):

     Sleep

     Programmable Timer group (4 keys)
          PT1
          PT2
          PT3
          PT4
     Operation Time group (4 keys)
          0 min

The keys in the next row down are (from left to right):

      Air
     AM
     FM

     Wide filter
     Narrow filter

     Enter

The four keys from top to bottom immediately below the Air band button
are:

     Skip

     Shift

secondary (shifted) functions:
