Olive oil is actually very poor in this regard... it's up to
10% omega 6 with no omega 3 to speak of.
Some other oils that have a good n-3:n-6 ratio are:
Flax seed oil 3:2
Canola Oil 1:2 (which I wouldn't recommend!)
Mustard Oil 1:3
These all have a better ratio than Macadamia oil (which is 1:6).
And of course you could try to find walnut oil... which should have
a ratio of about 1:5 (at least that's what walnuts are ;)

Yeah, I know a few people who had that test and it turned out to
be completely wrong. All food allergy tests are quite unreliable.

Perhaps the Texas Lowcarb Elimination Diet is the most accurate way of
testing foods. It's terribly tedious though, and if you try to test a
lot of foods "cabin fever" can skew the results. Here's an old post of
