i am feeling outraged when i see this kind of comment .
modern farming and food processing didn't came out of nowhere nor peoples
are victims of it .
those practices are the result of peoples loosing their power to stick to
quality foods .
saying that modern farming and processing techniques stop peoples to eat raw
is just giving up .
the present state of the food industry is not a given , it is in the making
....right now , of consumers choices .
i am eating raw and makes sure that the quality of meats i want is still
available .
i would like some support in that from fellow paleo eaters . If we don't
request strongly that quality foods being raised who is going to do it ?
Are we going to give up eating sea foods because some industries are
releasing mercury in the ocean or are we going to require from those
industries to clean up their acts ,?
are we willing to go farther and question the worth of continuing a life
style that render those industries necessary.?
or have we allready decided that white toilet paper , driving in individual
cars ( just exemples )are more important than clean waters .?
