Zahra,
One of the ways I get my fat is by having a serving of nuts and seeds
everyday. I make my own mix, with macadamias, pistachios, almonds,
walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I throw a small
amount of raisins, and one half of a dried apricot. This takes care
of not only the fats I need, but also takes care of my desire for
crunchy, salty and sweet foods. It tastes good too. Oh yeah, how about
them Omega-3s?
Lillian
