Great photo Todd!  You look enough like my nephew to be his brother.  He's
37....  Keep up the good work.  A lot of us have done what you've done
without feeling any pangs. Cordain suggested the occasional cheats I
believe.  Haven't read his book in a while.  Being a purist goes against
human nature.  We each have to do what works best for us as individuals.
What about the supplements Rachel suggested when you were having  a bit of a
bowel irritation?  Good to hear from you again....   Oliva

Basically, the update is this.  I relaxed the paleo restrictions,  I worked
on keeping calories down.  I dropped 25 lbs. and have kept it off
the paleo-purist approach was getting to me,
I decided life is too short for this nonsense.  What I find is that by
treating myself in this way,  it's easier to
eat less. the law of
diminishing returns applies here
