Last night I made an eggplant salade for myself, the way I always do it.
First cut them up, put them in salt to drain the bitter fluids and let
fluids sief away. Then microwaved them together with sweet peppers,
peppers and garlic.  An hour after eating I became violently ill.
Throwing up like mad and feeling real bad all over.
I think it was a reaction to the toxins in there because I ate nothing
else that could trigger this reaction. Perhaps I got more sensitive to
whatever there is in there but it was a bad experience.
