Cassava got much display in the museums. The staple of the Carib people.

On Dominica they have the largest Carib population. In their museum they
had a display of their basket wares and it included the long basket tube
they use to squeeze the toxins out of cassava.
The Caribs also grew many other foods, plus cotton. They spread bananas
over all their islands. They ate a lot of crabs, both land and sea.
