It's very high in oxalic acid, for what that's worth. Higher than
spinach. I'd be interested to know if anyone has more information about
whether it's healthy to eat because it's pretty tasty when cooked and
grows all over the garden as a weed. I don't know if cooking reduces
oxalate, but even if it did that would put it outside of Audette's
definition of paleo. It's also supposed to be toxic to some livestock, I
think.
