It's difficult to stay out of ketosis.  The fat is so filling that unless
the carbs are eaten in concert, ketosis is assured.  The salad is the
easiest way to get all three. With the high fat we have to watch which carbs
we consume.  Oliva

Are you DIT experimenters keeping carbs purposely low enough to induce
ketosis?  If so, how do you determine if any weight loss is caused by the
ketosis?
