So a few weeks ago- when one of my Socialist/Hippie buds
accuses me of being a reactionary-
I mention  that I'd been tossed out of the BSA in
68 or 69 for wearing a Black armband to the Memorial Day
Parade.

Didn't even know my 5 yr old was on the porch-
But apropos of nothing she's telling everyone-
"Did you know my Daddy was thrown out of the Boy Scouts for
wearing a black armband"

Now I'm wondering if
1- She knows waht the Boy Scouts are
2- She knows what an armband is
3- She will become a rebel w/out a clue
