I have a friend who would really like to have a  GFpumpkin pie this holiday season but she cannot eat eggs.  Does anyone have a recipe that is anything close to GF pumpkin pie without eggs?  Is this possible?  Could you maybe substitute gelatin?  If anyone has anything please let me know.
