Today my non-celiac son wanted me to make some pizza snacks for him. So, we
did the following in this order:
1 KaMe Plain Rice Cracker
Tiny Dollop of Contadina Pizza Squeeze
1 slice Hormel Pepperoni
and Cabot Shredded Cheese (I put the cheese on top)
I put 8 on a microwave plate, nuked for 1 minute and they are so good that
even my very fussy Celiac Daughter loves them! She likes pizza too, but
these made such a nice, quick, easy after-school snack for her so I'm
excited too!
