Hi Chuck,

Just go into the menus, I think it is menu 30.  This changes the ear phone
and mike connector from the default of earphone/mic, to TNC, or the third
choice is for hooking up the rig to a PC.

Haven't played with the software, but as Dave mentioned, you can download it
from the Kenwood site and I understand it is screen- reader friendly.
