Hi, Have had my Kenwood TS570DG for about a year and truly find it to be the
best buy for the money, especially considering its very blind friendly. You
have total access to all the menus which will let you do far more than you'd
ever need. This unit will give you far more access to things than other
companies out there and even more feedback than some other Kenwoods, though
Kenwood does seem to be by far the most interested in helping make their
gear accessable. Am a CW nut and have found it to work quite nicely there as
well as on SSB. Ofcourse you could get slightly hotter receiver for another
$1500 or so, but in the $1000 price range, you just can't go wrong. Dave
