A little survey :)
How should "fresh" be defined for fruits and veggies at the store?
What word would you like to see used for unfrozen but elderly produce?
Would you like to see a pick date on every shipment?
If you did, would you believe it?

(Lengthy refrigeration and shipping will tend to decrease the nutrient
level of fresh produce. In contrast, veggies are usually frozen within
a few hours of picking.)
