Find out what motherboard is inside the system, then seach for it
online. You should be able to find a manual for it listed someplce. Is
the bios password protected? Or your just looking for the key command
to get into it. Try "CTRL ALT S"

Subject: [PCBUILD] Get into BIOS

I have a 1993 Gateway 486 DX/66 running Win 3.11. It works just fine,
but I want to update it. I cannot get into the BIOS using the usual
suspects like "delete", F1, etc. A call to Gateway's techies turned up
nothing. Most of them are too young to remember this machine, which was
top of the line in 1993. Does anyone actually know how to get into the
BIOS on this puppy?
