Certainly it is a big deal so congrats, Keith.

I'm not familiar with Faigin or the book, but I take it this is a cyclical
ketogenic diet you're on.  ??

Give us a run down of a typical day's meal and one of the carb up, if you
wouldn't mind.

To change/augment the subject, did anyone see the Early Show week before
last and the little special they had on kettlebells?  Seems to have become
quite the newest gym rage in New York.  Geez--don't know if I could do some
of those routines w/o cracking my head open.  <g>
