hey guys i am goig quiet for a while if that is
possible.

bobby, i saw a condo (2br 2bath 2car garage with 2100
sq ft.) for sale in mcallen. said it was for sale by
84 year old couple moving back to their home in the
state of  LA. appraised at 125000 for distressed sale
at 75000. sure wish i was a little closer to bens
graduation than 2 years. i'd like to go down and see
this one. lots of sq footage for a 2/2/2. probably
could widen doors and make it accessable without
having to build from ground up.
  just to let you know i am watching how things are
going in mcallen.

  ben ask if he should send his sat scores to at least
one college in texas just in case. i told him yes,
but, i need to figure out which one. is the U OF TEXAS
PAN AM in mcallen a spanish speaking campus? it is
touted as having the 2nd largest hispanic population
on campus. ben is taking latin not spanish. of course
the south texas community college would be fine for
his first two years.

i am going quiet for a few. hang in that the other
guys will take care of you.
