Hasn't the National Weather service been using new computer generated
voices? They are easier to understand as advertised.

(We have a weather radio that goes off everytime there are water spouts off
the coast)

Mag,

Thanks for having faith that I will make a company some day, I feel its
needed for a individual with a disability to start developing and
producing.

About the DecTalk, it's embarrassing to say, there haven't been great
improvements in the software, especially for female voices, like I would
love to see because our female users really get taken in that
department. But last fall, somebody sent me a website with samples of
new computer generated voices, which I felt were good sounding and a
step in the right direction. If I still had the website, I would give
it to you. I think it was called Nature Speaking.

Thanks,
Anthony
