Hi John,
Pete is a long-time friend of mine, and although he's done many things, I
don't think he's ever set up a weather station. I'm pretty sure you're
thinking of Roger, K1PAI (also a friend of mine), who has been doing that
stuff for several years, and may very well have had it written up in QST.
