My friend's PC goes into sleep mode when it should be restarting or shutting
down.
It is a Hewlett Packard with PIII 750 running Windows 2000.
The BIOS is Phoenix.  I have looked at the BIOS settings and can find
nothing that would be causing this.

Any suggestions please?
