Hi,

Get broadband, dump one of phone lines.  Have distictive ring installed for
the fax on the other line you keep (if you want to have 2 phone numbers -
home and fax), that way you do not have to change the fax number.  Have
caller id to record who called you with out leaving a message that you may
feel obliged to return.

Turn all phone ringers off, never answer the home phone again.  Get a Cell
phone, give that number out to friends & family and only answer that
number.  Never talk to anyone you don't want to again.  I've been doing it
for 3 yrs.  I check the caller id when I come home and return only those I
want to.
