This is a problem with my internet. I am running WinXP(IE 6.0), AMD 900Mhz, RR cable. What happens is my internet will stop responding at random. It will not respond at all for like 10-45 seconds, and then just start right back up again. This happens doing anything on the internet(surfing, downloading, games, ect.). I have reinstalled XP twice, and tried two different network cards, same result. I also dont think its my cable modem, my roomate who is on the same connection has no problems. I think my internet configuration are wrong, but I dont know how that could be, it worked perfectly until two weeks ago, and I didnt change anything. Please HELP me!!!
