    Bob:

First of all, welcome to the list. This is a great group of people that I
am sure you will enjoy getting to know. I know I have, and I've only been
on the list for about three months now.

As for the renewal, I think the ARRL can help you with this. In addition,
if you are a member of Handi-hams, they will help you through the process as
well. If you are not a member of Handi-hams, it might be good to join if
you can spare $8 for the annual membership.

The handi-ham web site is:

www.hamdiham.org

If you'd like telephone contact info for Handi-hams, it's on their web site,
or I can get it for you if that would be better.

Thanks, good luck, and best 73 from Tom Behler: KB8TYJ, Big Rapids, MI
