Don't miss the Gluten Intolerance Group's (GIG) Annual Education Conference
being held in Denver, CO June 6, 7 and 8, 2003. This will be the best
Conference ever and at great prices. Terrific speakers and presentations,

There will be three meetings.
Patients and General Public plus a very special Kids Camp Program.
Day Care will be available.
Physicians, Nurses, Dietitians, Diet Technicians, and other health
professionals will be able to earn CME credits in two different programs.
The Patients Program will provide help with cooking Gluten Free, a Clinic for
newly diagnosed, a Dining Out Restaurant event, several workshop choices, and
keynote speakers.
Some of the workshop subjects are: Weight Management with CD, Female Issues
with CD, Diet for Diabetes and CD, Dermatitis Herpetiformis, Genetics and the
Immune System, Health Beyond CD, Associated Conditions with CD, Gluten
Intolerance - A Reversible Cause of Brain Damage in Children, and more. There
will be lectures on Autism and GFCF Diet and Pediatric Issues with Gluten
Intolerance.
The Kids Program is for those from 5 to 15 and will include a Carnival Night,
Making of Videos, Scavenger Hunt, Pool Party, Pizza and Move Night, and
Trick-r-treat of the vendors and exhibitors. An Educational and Fun Program
to help the children learn more about the diet and coping with the challenges
of having to follow the diet. Child Care is provided for our youngest guests.

One Professional meeting will focus on Celiac Disease in Type I Diabetes. The
other targeting dietitians in an in-depth review of the Gluten-Free diet.
Professionals are welcome to also register for the Patients Program.
