ugh. I just knowingly cheated on the GF diet for the first time in 5 years.
Not surprisingly, I feel awful, both physically and emotionally. PLEASE, I
already know that this was dumb, irresponsible, dangerous, etc...and am
feeling guilty and confused about why I did it. So I don't need anyone to
remind me of that. but I am wondering if I'm alone in this- has anyone else
done this? It's not as though I'm newly diagnosed or anything- I generally
have no temptation to cheat. I never even consider it. So I'm quite
disappointed in myself. Anyone else out there been through this?

Thanks!

BZ
