For any of you Taco on the run fans out there I just spoke with customer
services at Taco Bell.

Their Nachos with cheese are gf
Their
Pintos and cheese are gf
Their
Bean tosadas are gf
That is about it for the gf 'items' on their menu.

Their hard shell tacos are *not* gf - not the shells nor the filling.

I thought since my daughter couldn't stop for a quick burger when she
was out running around...maybe she could 'Taco' instead.  Looks like the
closest she will be able to come is to 'Bean Tosada' herself in a pinch.

Is there a fast food data base somewhere?  She is in college and
frequents these places.

Also we have been looking at the 'Clan' database on foods - anyone else
have experience with this?
