Well, the Icom 275 radio was good for that, 2 meter all mode, had a speech
option and was very useable. they've been discontinued for a long time but
they are very accessible if you can find 1 I had one but it started to give
me trouble so I sold it. I know where there is a pare of Kenwood's, 711, and
811 locally a guy wants to get rid of I thought about getting them but can't
right now..
