Try the n3fjp logging software.  The web site is www.n3fjp.com

I have been using the general logging program, and the logging program for
the North American QSO Party contest with  good success.

I use Jaws 3.7 with Windows 98 Second Edition, but I would think it should
work with your operating system as well.  The designer of the software is
Scott Davis, and he seems quite willing to work with us to make the software
usable.
