Slightly larger...maybe 4.25 to 4.5 or so and slightly thicker than a
standard disk, but small enough to go into the pocket.  I've used ZIP drives
for maybe eight years or so and think they're just way cool.  Much better,
imo, if you're doing lots of file movement and changing than CDs.
