$89.95 + $6.00 shipping.  Only thing it doesn't come with is a holder for
nicad / nimh cells.  However, it does come with clip leads so you can use
your own.  Think I'll make an adaptor with a 9v plug on it and only use
holders with that connector.  Can't get them reversed that way.
