Hi,

Your jfw is the problem.  Jfw 3.5 won't work with it.  You need to get
the acrobat version 4 or 4.5, don't recall the exact number, plus a
plugin.  That's supposed to work okay.  I haven't used them myself, but
I know several others here have and can probably give you much better
directions for finding and installing the files.
