Mike has been an advocate for computer access for people with disabilities

Mike has worked hard behind the scenes for several years trying to help
shape and influence the web standards of the World Wide Web Consortium.  He
now has published a book, by far the most extensive publication on this
topic.  Mike is also in a position to discuss what he foresees as the next
wave of changes to the web and what it holds for web users with
disabilities.
