Hi All,

I am working at a computer which when you switch it on a message comes
up on the monitor screen that there is "no connection" to the pc and
that's it.

I thought perhaps the monitor had gone bad or the cabling coming from
it was somehow damaged but I took in a replacement monitor and it came
up with the same results.
Could it be that the video card in the machine even if it were an
on-board card would cause this?, what else could you suggest I do,
please help.

Paul.
