es fascinate per le facto que il es possibile que un candidato qui ha
ganiate le plus grande numero de votos pote perder. Isto es causate per
le institution del electores, e que cata stato ha su proprie regulas.
Esque on non ha discutite le idea de electiones proportional como in
Europa? O esque isto es un question que on nunquam discute?
