Is anyone using JAwS to read incoming data on the digital modes?

I have digipan, mmtty, and writelog. Till now I have had fair success using
JAWS to navigate the programs and reading the data with large fonts. This
is rapidly becoming a non-option for me.

How can JAWS be set up to read the incoming stuff??
