Well, I know people with the 746 and 756 radios by Icom that are blind and
they love those radios and seem to have no trouble with them, I think the
718 is in that category too,  I know some one with 1 of them too and he
seems happy with it.  I have a 706 MK II  and it is to a point but I can't
change power, mic gain or anything like that but for general usage it's
alright I guess, I could never use it as my primary radio though. Not being
able to change power or mic gain would drive me in sane.
