well, the only ones I would stay far from, from experience is anything with
out a number pad for direct frequency entry  like the DJS-11T, the HTX-200,
the VX1R,  yes I have a VX1R, it is useable but barely and if you are new
stay far from it, I'm sure there are others but those are ones I have had
and don't recommend, it's too bad too, I really liked the HTX-200 I had I
just couldn't use it for anything that's a tiny little thing.
