Does anyone know about rice? I have enriched parboiled long grain rice
(thiamine mononitrate, niacin) My 9 year old who is very sensitive to
gluten ingestion is having what looks like a gluten reaction to this. My
husband whose blood work was negative but reacts to gluten reacts to this
rice as well. My problem is I have 9 more #10 cans of this rice which was
canned at a Mormon Cannery. Could this rice really contain gluten??? Or
maybe just be cross contaminated?? Has anyone else had a problem with
rice??? For the future what brands are okay?
