I work for a non-profit that has gotten involved in recycling. Most larger
localities have on or more days a year, where they will take computer
recyclables at no charge. You need to call Waste Management in your city to
see if they have such a program and when it will be.

The only other option is if your city has curb side pickup and will take it
there. Some cities will allow a limited amount on curb side. You can also
ask Waste Management about this option. they should be able to tell you what
options are available in your city or who to contact.
