Well as for me, I have eaten low carb for quite a while and am often in
ketosis, but I have not lost weight in a dog's age. However since I started
this 'fatter low carb' regimen, I think I've actually lost 2 pounds. Not
exactly a swooosh, but 2 pounds in 3 days is lightening speed relatively
speaking. The ketones stix is now much more purple than pink too.
