Huh, you'd get a higher 'bennie' than I would if I took disability.  It'd be
60% of my gross monthly pay.  Would be offset by any SSDB I'd get (after 24
months on disability) and payable until I returned to work or turned 65,
whichever came first.
However, the LTD benefit would be non-taxable as I've paid all of the
disability insurance premiums.  Dunno about SSDB being taxed, not sure if it
is or not.
