i just hope that whatever happens is what will be best for all concerned.
i'd not wish to be mr bush nor any of his advisors.
since 9-11 there has been all of the questions about why the dots were not
connected and something done. on this the very people oppsing taking out
saddam will also be the ones asking why something was not done when the next
americans are killed especially if saddam is involved. of course i keep
looking at the fact that 15 of the 19 terrorist were saudi arabians. i don't
exactly believe that those guys are our friends. the saidis may be more
dangerous than saddam. they are dictators just like him.
my view of saddam may be colored by the fact that i still remember film of
men women and children (some in there mothers arms) laying dead along with
their farm animals from poisen gas droped on them by saddam. in northern
"IRAQ". this is not a boy scout. if he has a weapon and can get it here, it
will nt be berlin that will get it, it will not be paris, it will be in the
U.S. so what the germans think, or the french think, especially concerns me.
i just do not know all the facts that our leaders know. i pray that they
make the right decision.

He never fought in a war. My conspiracy theory is the Dick Cheney
(remember
him, Secretary of Defense at the time of the 1st Iraq conflict) needs to
keep his military/ industry friends happy. Let's hope cooler heads
prevail.

I agree, but I don't know the reasoning we would other than letting Bush
play war some more, I feel he likes it, and has nothing else better to
do.

Thanks,
Anthony

OK, I may not get many people happy with me for saying this, but I don't
think
it's the smartest move, making a move on Iraq without Sadaam moving
first. We
ended the war in the Persian Gulf back in 1991 and to go back there now,
10
years later and strike at them without provocation is not terribly
smart, in
my opinion. I'd be very surprised if we weren't called into the World
Court
at The Hague and not charged with war crimes for it.

To the rest of the world it's irrelevent whether Bush I finished the job
or
not.
