This topic has recently been covered with various opinions expressed. I
can tell you that I have equipment such as yours in my networking lab
where I teach, and Red Hat, Mandrake, and Corel Linux have been install
with no problems. Corel seems to be less of a resource hog. With the
relatively modest hardware, the graphic mode runs rather slowly. For
text mode it works fine. Give it a try and see if it is satisfactory to
your own tastes.

I have an old 133 mhz pc with 64 megs of ram installed. What I would
like to know is, could I use this pc with a version of linux such as
Redhat linux?.

Paul.
