Subject: [PCBUILD] Problem with display settings panel in Win98 SE

I have been unable to access the display panel on my Win 98 operating
system. Whether I right click on the desktop and then click properties, or
go to the control panel and click "display", the results are the same - the
display panel does not come up. Instead, rundll32 shows up in the close
program box, and certain other functions do not work correctly until I close
rundll32 from the box.

Any ideas on solving this? Thanks much for any help.
