Both these pages use data from the same source (i.e. Miller et al, (1986)).
Interesting to note that in that study, both the pasture-fed and
grass-fed steer muscle was trimmed of all visible, peripheral fat.
I wonder how the figures would look with an extra slab of largely
saturated fat included.
Interesting that the fat profile of grass-fed beef is so similar to
wild game. But it seems a little disingenuous to trim off all the fat
then say the beef contains the same amount of fat as game ;)
