A girlfriend of mine had to lose a hundred pounds because of diabetes and
she has kept the weight off for about four years now. It took the diabetes
to motivate her. She is low carb and I'm trying to get her over to paleo.
She works outside the home and says it is easier to be lowcarb eating out
than it is to be paleo eating out..... hmmm..... Oliva
